The Stemmerettsjubileet 1913 - 2013 (women's right to vote and equal rights) exhibition is officially declared OPEN. Notice the eye catching feature wall created by Rachael (an English temporary member of staff on placement) and Christine. The staff of the Norwegian Emigrant Museum (Norsk Utvandrermuseum) celebrated by feasting on cake, coffee and fizzy apple juice :) . The exhibition will be on display for the rest of 2013, and there are free publications in Norwegian for visitors of the museum. See the "Inngangsbillett" section of the blog for admission prices.
